2. Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the retreat commences, as per the specified deadline.
  • We accept payments through secure online payment gateways. Any additional transaction fees will be the responsibility of the participant.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your booking before the retreat start date, there will be no refund policy.
  • No refunds policy applies for all the cancellations.
  • Kumudha Yoga Retreat reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you may receive a full refund or transfer your booking to a future retreat.

4. Health & Safety

  • By participating in our retreats, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to engage in yoga and other wellness activities.
  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before attending a retreat.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during your stay.
  • You are encouraged to have travel insurance covering medical emergencies.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to respect the retreat environment, instructors, and fellow attendees.
  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.
  • Alcohol, smoking, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited at our retreat locations.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Kumudha Yoga Retreat, its instructors, and staff are not responsible for any personal loss, theft, damage, or injuries sustained during the retreat.
  • You participate in all activities at your own risk and agree to release us from any liability.
